Corrections Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

ByteCore Media aims to publish accurate information and correct material errors transparently.

Report an error

Email admin@bytecoremedia.in with the subject “Correction Request”.

Please include the article URL, the statement concerned, an explanation of the possible error and supporting evidence or reliable source links.

How we review requests

We examine the original source material and the evidence supplied. Where necessary, we seek clarification or additional information before deciding whether a correction is required.

A complaint does not automatically result in an article being changed or removed.

How corrections appear

When a material factual error is confirmed, we correct the relevant text and add a dated note explaining what changed.

Minor spelling, grammar or formatting changes that do not affect meaning may be made without a separate correction notice.

New information in a developing story may be labelled as an update. We distinguish these updates from corrections to inaccurate reporting.

Social-media content

If the same material error appeared on a ByteCore social-media account, we seek to address it there as well, using the options available on that platform.

Retractions and removal

If an article’s central claim cannot be supported, a correction is insufficient, or serious privacy or legal concerns arise, we may retract or remove the material. Where appropriate, we provide an explanation.

Further review

If you believe a correction request was not adequately addressed, reply with additional evidence and explain the unresolved issue.
